In all cases, deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for your order, we advise giving an alternative address.

Please note that our Standard Delivery Service for Safe applied to a ground floor location or an upper floor location with access via a lift. A delivery charge may be incurred on orders where the delivery route includes stairs or restricted access. If the safe you require falls into this category and you require delivery above ground floor without lift access, please contact us.

Orders placed by 12:00pm on Weekdays are usually dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed on Saturdays will not be processed and dispatched until Monday.

Delivery time frames exclude Bank Holidays. At extremely busy periods or during times of disruption, some parcels may be subject to delays.

Please call us if you have not received your item after 3 working days and we will assist you.

If you would rather collect your order from our store, simply call us, place the order and arrange a collection date.
Payment must be made when you place the order and you will need identification when you collect your order.

You are entitled to a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery to you. Unless faulty, the item should be returned to us in the same condition it was sent out.

Should you wish to cancel your order, we ask that you call us quoting your order number and we will assist you further. Please note that many of our orders are dispatched same day, therefore in some cases you may be required to wait for your order and then return it to us.

Please note, we can not refund any postage for an item being returned to us.

If returning, please contact the store beforehand so that we can expect your parcel and process the refund.
