Scott came quickly after I was locked out late at night. He did the job to a high standard, and took the time to explain what he'd done and make sure I was happy with the job - even though I imagine he'd much rather in bed. Great work.

James was out to the house with 2 hours and replaced both locks (front & back) within minutes. He also explained and shown me the difference between my previous lock and the lock he installed (giving me great piece of mind this lock is trustworthy and my family will be safe!).I would recommend James and the City Lock & Safe Team to anyone looking to make their home more secure!.

After an attempted break in on the property, I called in at City Lock & Safe at 10.00am the next morning to enquire about having some new secure locks fitted. The staff were incredibly helpful and within 2 hrs had come and fitted new locks. We also purchased extra keys which were promptly delivered a short time later. Scott was professional and helpful at our property and I would recommend these should you ever need new locks fitting in the future.Chris.

I am pleased with the service I received today. Everyone is really friendly and helpful throughout the process. I needed to copy a car key and found them on a quoting site. Jake reached out to me and we discussed the process and price. I am happy with the deal so I decided to go for it.I drove there to have it done today. Everything worked out as expected. Even though you don't usually expect things could go wrong in such a straightforward but you never know. Anyway, I am using the newly copied key instead of the original ones everyday now.The only little thing I found a bit inconvenient is the parking. The 3 tight parking slot are just right next to the main road with busy traffic. Needed pay more attention. But other than that, everything is cool..

Excellent service. They cut some spare keys for me, but unfortunately they did not work. I contacted City Lock and James came to my house and resolved the issue. He even checked and serviced the locks themselves to ensure the keys worked smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend them..

Very pleased with the service Andy and James delivered. Needed our locks replacing that day, they arrived later on, gave me a call 30 mins before arrival and then showed up. They were here for a short amount of time, got the job done, and there was no dodgy upselling to be had, the job was in fact a pound cheaper than the one quoted.Would use them again. Thanks lads.UPDATE NOVEMBER 2022: After over a year of use, one of the doors started to jam so I messaged James at City Lock. He promptly arranged to revisit and, true to his word, arrived exactly when he said would. He fixed the problem for me no bother.
