I organised a survey and installation for myself and the members of our local neighbourhood watch group, as there have been multiple break-ins in our area and a lot of my neighbours are elderly and/or on their own. George was brilliant. He used the list I gave him, to arrange the surveys, with all my interested neighbours, where he took the time to explain the benefits of anti snap locks. A group discount was offered and the locks were fitted at times and dates to suit us all. The fitter, James, was extremely punctual and professional and explained everything to me as he fitted the locks. I was given duplicates of all the keys and he made sure my doors were all fitting properly. It was a fantastic service and our watch group have all been thanking me for arranging the service, but the real thanks must go to George, James and City Lock and Safe, for their great service. Highly recommended..

lost my house key whilst on holiday,phoned City Lock And Safe made arrangement for locksmith to drill out the old lock and fit new.locksmith was ontime and sorted out the lock cleaned up after him and the bill was as quoted on the phone.excellent service,would definately recommend.

Excellent, friendly, professional, speedy service from City Lock & Safe from my initial phone call, to fully resolving all the problems. Whilst delivering an American fridge freezer yesterday, my front door was knocked out of alignment, so would not close or lock. I rang City Lock & Safe at mid-day & Scott attended my property shortly after 1pm. He sorted out all the problems with the front door, fitted a new handle, changed the lock & cleaned up all the scratches & scrapes. He also replaced the broken lock on the interior door & left everything working perfectly & clean & tidy. Really efficient, reasonably priced service. Thank you so much.
