We called on City Lock & Safe to change our locks in an emergency and they were able to get to us the same day so we felt more secure in our home. Our key had annoyingly snapped in our lock when arriving to our home. After a brief call with City Lock they had an engineer out within 30 minutes. James was knowledgeable and friendly with a fantastic skill set. Prices were more then reasonable especially for a weekend call out! I would recommend to anyone.
