We had a safe fitted last year and the service we received from start to finish was exceptional. Recently we've had a problem with the safe and James came out to it today and sorted it promptly and could not have been more helpful. Broken key in lock, Scott came to fix it, by the time he left he had sorted out conservatory door that did not shut properly and put new locks on the front and rear doors.
