Key stuck in back door lock, called City Lock and Safe and James was with us within a couple of hours. Diagnosed the fault and then diligently and carefully disassembled the mechanism and lock. Replaced the mechanism and lock, re set the door and then cleaned up. James was helpful, friendly and efficient, great service..

We called on City Lock & Safe to change our locks in an emergency and they were able to get to us the same day so we felt more secure in our home.
