Very pleased with the service Andy and James delivered. Needed our locks replacing that day, they arrived later on, gave me a call 30 mins before arrival and then showed up. They were here for a short amount of time, got the job done, and there was no dodgy upselling to be had, the job was in fact a pound cheaper than the one quoted. Would use them again. Thanks lads. UPDATE NOVEMBER 2022: After over a year of use, one of the doors started to jam so I messaged James at City Lock. He promptly arranged to revisit and, true to his word, arrived exactly when he said would. He fixed the problem for me no bother. I wanted some original 1930s internal brass locks refurbishing including the old keys. City Lock and Safe came highly recommended through word of mouth and after looking at the reviews I popped into their office on Buxton Road. Extremely helpful staff and I George emailed me confirmation of my request and cost. Shortly afterwards, Scott came and removed all 4 locks. Whilst they were being refurbished I was sent updates on the work and a couple of weeks later Scott and Andy came back to fit them. All locks have been refurbished to a high standard and I now have sturdy handles with keys - and they look fantastic. Throughout the whole process they have been professional, polite, paid attention to detail and there very high standard of work was value for money. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and will be using them again..

lost my house key whilst on holiday,phoned City Lock And Safe made arrangement for locksmith to drill out the old lock and fit new.locksmith was ontime and sorted out the lock cleaned up after him and the bill was as quoted on the phone.excellent service,would definately recommend.
