I wanted the locks on our patio doors upgraded to Ultion and decided to go with City Lock & Safe after reading their reviews and seeing that the business has been going for more than 60 years! George responded immediately to my initial email enquiry and arranged an appointment for the next day with Andy. Andy was on time, polite and efficient and the new locks he has fitted have given me much greater peace of mind. Andy also noticed and corrected an issue with the handles on the doors which had been incorrectly fitted in the past. A very professional experience at every point - wouldn’t hesitate to use this firm again..

Booked an appointment late last night and was pleasantly surprised to have a swift reply from George with product recommendations and a quote for the work. Scott B. came out today to carry out the work and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He rang to notify me around half an hour before he was due and carried out the installation impeccably. He talked me through everything before and after he got to work and made sure I knew how to secure and open all the locks. He was pleasant and professional, carrying out the installation to a really high standard, and left my hallway looking spotless. George and the team were simply awesome. I presented them with a locked tin that the contents were extremely important to me and they managed to open it with ease. Preserved the tin for future use, handled with care and discretion. Could not give a higher recommend for this service - top drawer..
