My front door would not lock, found City Lock & Safe online and James was at my house within half an hour. He was very professional, informative and gave good advice. So much so, I had two other door locks done at the time. The pricing was very fair and the work was efficient and tidy. A credit to the company. CLS came out at short notice to fix a problem with our door, and then returned the next day when it proved to be a non-standard lock - great service..

James was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Everything was cleaned and left pristine. For the level of service and the peace of mind adding our new locks to the back door patios, i would 100% recommend them again and felt the cost was worth it..

I chose this company because of their professional approach as soon as I contacted them, Scott came today to undertake two lock changes, however one was door needed more than a lock change. Scott diligently carried out the work, at no extra cost, and I now have a door that not only locks but is hung properly. lost my house key whilst on holiday,phoned City Lock And Safe made arrangement for locksmith to drill out the old lock and fit new.locksmith was ontime and sorted out the lock cleaned up after him and the bill was as quoted on the phone.excellent service,would definately recommend.
