I organised a survey and installation for myself and the members of our local neighbourhood watch group, as there have been multiple break-ins in our area and a lot of my neighbours are elderly and/or on their own. George was brilliant. He used the list I gave him, to arrange the surveys, with all my interested neighbours, where he took the time to explain the benefits of anti snap locks. A group discount was offered and the locks were fitted at times and dates to suit us all. The fitter, James, was extremely punctual and professional and explained everything to me as he fitted the locks. I was given duplicates of all the keys and he made sure my doors were all fitting properly. It was a fantastic service and our watch group have all been thanking me for arranging the service, but the real thanks must go to George, James and City Lock and Safe, for their great service. Highly recommended..

Called on their services late Wednesday night, and they arrived following morning promptly on our request. The price is befitting of a good quality service in times of need. My home is now much more secure, and the door is working better than the day it was installed. They offered a range of options, we went for the more robust and secure option, and you can certainly notice the difference. Very pleased with the service Andy and James delivered. Needed our locks replacing that day, they arrived later on, gave me a call 30 mins before arrival and then showed up. They were here for a short amount of time, got the job done, and there was no dodgy upselling to be had, the job was in fact a pound cheaper than the one quoted. Would use them again. Thanks lads. UPDATE NOVEMBER 2022: After over a year of use, one of the doors started to jam so I messaged James at City Lock. He promptly arranged to revisit and, true to his word, arrived exactly when he said would. He fixed the problem for me no bother. City Lock and Safe were highly recommended to me and I can see why. My initial contact by email was responded to promptly & courteously and a convenient appointment soon booked. Scott was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful and he arrived on time, did an excellent job and left everything clean and tidy. I was particularly impressed and pleased that he managed to restore a lock which was over 80 years old which I had been told by other locksmiths was not repairable. Spoke to James on behalf of my mum who is hard of hearing, James was really understanding and went round to change her locks on a Sunday within an hour. Really pleased with his work and he called me to make sure everything was ok after. Speedy and really good communication..

Great work! Collected two big safes and a small one... At short noticed, and arrived exactly when they said they would. If I ever inherit two massive fire safes again, I'll definitely use them!.

Scott came quickly after I was locked out late at night. He did the job to a high standard, and took the time to explain what he'd done and make sure I was happy with the job - even though I imagine he'd much rather in bed. Great work.
