Very pleased with the service Andy and James delivered. Needed our locks replacing that day, they arrived later on, gave me a call 30 mins before arrival and then showed up. They were here for a short amount of time, got the job done, and there was no dodgy upselling to be had, the job was in fact a pound cheaper than the one quoted. Would use them again. Thanks lads. UPDATE NOVEMBER 2022: After over a year of use, one of the doors started to jam so I messaged James at City Lock. He promptly arranged to revisit and, true to his word, arrived exactly when he said would. He fixed the problem for me no bother. Spoke to James on behalf of my mum who is hard of hearing, James was really understanding and went round to change her locks on a Sunday within an hour. Really pleased with his work and he called me to make sure everything was ok after. Speedy and really good communication..

Called on their services late Wednesday night, and they arrived following morning promptly on our request. The price is befitting of a good quality service in times of need. My home is now much more secure, and the door is working better than the day it was installed. They offered a range of options, we went for the more robust and secure option, and you can certainly notice the difference. The door was also re-hung and the whole system is a vast improvement on the original door suppliers locks and mechanisms. Many thanks CL&S Ltd. My wife feels much more confident with the security..
