City Lock and Safe were highly recommended to me and I can see why. My initial contact by email was responded to promptly & courteously and a convenient appointment soon booked. Scott was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful and he arrived on time, did an excellent job and left everything clean and tidy. I was particularly impressed and pleased that he managed to restore a lock which was over 80 years old which I had been told by other locksmiths was not repairable. The price was very reasonable for the time and expertise involved; it was also very convenient to be able to pay by card..
