City Lock and Safe were highly recommended to me and I can see why. My initial contact by email was responded to promptly & courteously and a convenient appointment soon booked. Scott was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful and he arrived on time, did an excellent job and left everything clean and tidy. I was particularly impressed and pleased that he managed to restore a lock which was over 80 years old which I had been told by other locksmiths was not repairable. I am pleased with the service I received today. Everyone is really friendly and helpful throughout the process. I needed to copy a car key and found them on a quoting site. Jake reached out to me and we discussed the process and price. I am happy with the deal so I decided to go for it. I drove there to have it done today. Everything worked out as expected. Even though you don't usually expect things could go wrong in such a straightforward but you never know. Anyway, I am using the newly copied key instead of the original ones everyday now. The only little thing I found a bit inconvenient is the parking. The 3 tight parking slot are just right next to the main road with busy traffic. Needed pay more attention. But other than that, everything is cool..
