Excellent, friendly, professional, speedy service from City Lock & Safe from my initial phone call, to fully resolving all the problems. Whilst delivering an American fridge freezer yesterday, my front door was knocked out of alignment, so would not close or lock. I rang City Lock & Safe at mid-day & Scott attended my property shortly after 1pm. He sorted out all the problems with the front door, fitted a new handle, changed the lock & cleaned up all the scratches & scrapes. He also replaced the broken lock on the interior door & left everything working perfectly & clean & tidy. Really efficient, reasonably priced service. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend this company..

My front door would not lock, found City Lock & Safe online and James was at my house within half an hour. He was very professional, informative and gave good advice. So much so, I had two other door locks done at the time. The pricing was very fair and the work was efficient and tidy. A credit to the company. Key stuck in back door lock, called City Lock and Safe and James was with us within a couple of hours. Diagnosed the fault and then diligently and carefully disassembled the mechanism and lock. Replaced the mechanism and lock, re set the door and then cleaned up. James was helpful, friendly and efficient, great service..

Having bought several locks from this firm over 20 years ago I called in today as I was having problems with one of the locks. I was delighted that not only could they offer me a replacement lock ,but also if I wanted would fully repair and recondition the old lock to be as good as new.
