We had used this company previously for locks, but needed a safe moving. We phoned our alarm people and they immediately recommended using City Lock and Safe. We contacted them on a Thursday afternoon and, on Friday morning, at 11 am prompt as arranged, two very friendly people duly turned up and introduced themselves as Andy and James, They helped us make the final decision as to the best position for the safe and then worked quickly and efficiently, leaving absolutely no mess. We would heartily recommend them for any security needs..

Very pleased with the service Andy and James delivered. Needed our locks replacing that day, they arrived later on, gave me a call 30 mins before arrival and then showed up. They were here for a short amount of time, got the job done, and there was no dodgy upselling to be had, the job was in fact a pound cheaper than the one quoted. Would use them again. Thanks lads. UPDATE NOVEMBER 2022: After over a year of use, one of the doors started to jam so I messaged James at City Lock. He promptly arranged to revisit and, true to his word, arrived exactly when he said would. He fixed the problem for me no bother. Called on their services late Wednesday night, and they arrived following morning promptly on our request. The price is befitting of a good quality service in times of need. My home is now much more secure, and the door is working better than the day it was installed. They offered a range of options, we went for the more robust and secure option, and you can certainly notice the difference.
