I wanted the locks on our patio doors upgraded to Ultion and decided to go with City Lock & Safe after reading their reviews and seeing that the business has been going for more than 60 years! George responded immediately to my initial email enquiry and arranged an appointment for the next day with Andy. Andy was on time, polite and efficient and the new locks he has fitted have given me much greater peace of mind. Andy also noticed and corrected an issue with the handles on the doors which had been incorrectly fitted in the past. We recently decided to upgrade all exterior doors to Ultion anti-snap locks. City Lock and Safe were very helpful and quoted a competitive price. Andy and Scott fitted the locks the next working day. I am pleased with the service I received today. Everyone is really friendly and helpful throughout the process. I needed to copy a car key and found them on a quoting site. Jake reached out to me and we discussed the process and price. I am happy with the deal so I decided to go for it. I drove there to have it done today. Everything worked out as expected. Even though you don't usually expect things could go wrong in such a straightforward but you never know. Anyway, I am using the newly copied key instead of the original ones everyday now. The only little thing I found a bit inconvenient is the parking. The 3 tight parking slot are just right next to the main road with busy traffic. Needed pay more attention. But other than that, everything is cool..
