Fantastic service from City Lock and Safe. We had a problem with our back door lock and, being aware of the fantastic reputation City Lock and Safe have, we rang them for help. They sent a locksmith round very quickly who changed the lock. The work was done efficiently and we now have a working door again. Thank you to George and his team for coming to the rescue. I would certainly use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others..

Great service from James today. He rang ahead to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time and was friendly and polite. He re-aligned and serviced our UPVC door which now opens and closes smoothly again like new. He also made some tweaks to our bifold doors to allow them to close tightly. He gave me some advice on door locks and security. I have already recommended City Lock & Safe to other neighbours and will definitely use them again..

We were booked in for a call out with Scott. He arrived on time, polite, patient and very professional. A high quality service provided by the engineer. The repair was carried within a couple of hours and he got everything working. Even hoovered up after himself! The fee charged matched the quote exactly. Would definitely recommend to others!.
