I had Andy Kay come up and replace 2 locks on our newly purchased apartment yesterday. Very polite, patient and professional. My husband and I even received City Lock & Safe LTD 65 years anniversary travel mug each with 2 pens from Andy. Very kind of him! Thank you once again. I would highly recommend this company. Excellent & understandable advice beforehand. The 2 engineers who then came and fitted the various locks & handles were competent and explained things as they went. They left the work areas clean and tidy. All in all very satisfied with the work..

City Lock & safe were able to fit us in with an hour of my call and James arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and quickly fixed the lock issue, having the parts in stock. .

Spoke to James on behalf of my mum who is hard of hearing, James was really understanding and went round to change her locks on a Sunday within an hour. Really pleased with his work and he called me to make sure everything was ok after. Speedy and really good communication..

Would highly recommend. Arrived within 30 minutes of original phone call. Andy was professional and helpful he explained everything he was doing and what the problem was. Our key had annoyingly snapped in our lock when arriving to our home. After a brief call with City Lock they had an engineer out within 30 minutes. James was knowledgeable and friendly with a fantastic skill set. Prices were more then reasonable especially for a weekend call out! I would recommend to anyone. Will 100% be in contact for other work down the line!.
