We had used this company previously for locks, but needed a safe moving. We phoned our alarm people and they immediately recommended using City Lock and Safe. We contacted them on a Thursday afternoon and, on Friday morning, at 11 am prompt as arranged, two very friendly people duly turned up and introduced themselves as Andy and James, They helped us make the final decision as to the best position for the safe and then worked quickly and efficiently, leaving absolutely no mess. We would heartily recommend them for any security needs..

Having read existing reviews of City Lock & Safe, I contacted them regarding our hellish front door, which seemed beyond repair. Within an hour of calling to enquire, Scott arrived at the house and 10 minutes later had serviced the door and lock mechanism and now it feels completely transformed. Every part of my customer experience was positive, everyone I spoke to was incredibly professional and the price was great, particularly considering I had expected that a new lock system would need to be fitted. The engineers bring a card machine with them, so there's no mad dash to get cash and you get a detailed invoice upon completion. If only more businesses operated this well. After an attempted break in on the property, I called in at City Lock & Safe at 10.00am the next morning to enquire about having some new secure locks fitted. The staff were incredibly helpful and within 2 hrs had come and fitted new locks. We also purchased extra keys which were promptly delivered a short time later. Scott was professional and helpful at our property and I would recommend these should you ever need new locks fitting in the future. Chris.

Excellent service. They cut some spare keys for me, but unfortunately they did not work. I contacted City Lock and James came to my house and resolved the issue. He even checked and serviced the locks themselves to ensure the keys worked smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend them..
