James was out to the house with 2 hours and replaced both locks (front & back) within minutes. He also explained and shown me the difference between my previous lock and the lock he installed (giving me great piece of mind this lock is trustworthy and my family will be safe!).I would recommend James and the City Lock & Safe Team to anyone looking to make their home more secure!.

We had used this company previously for locks, but needed a safe moving. We phoned our alarm people and they immediately recommended using City Lock and Safe. We contacted them on a Thursday afternoon and, on Friday morning, at 11 am prompt as arranged, two very friendly people duly turned up and introduced themselves as Andy and James, They helped us make the final decision as to the best position for the safe and then worked quickly and efficiently, leaving absolutely no mess. Great service from James today. He rang ahead to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time and was friendly and polite. He re-aligned and serviced our UPVC door which now opens and closes smoothly again like new. He also made some tweaks to our bifold doors to allow them to close tightly. He gave me some advice on door locks and security. I have already recommended City Lock & Safe to other neighbours and will definitely use them again..
