We had a safe fitted last year and the service we received from start to finish was exceptional. Recently we've had a problem with the safe and James came out to it today and sorted it promptly and could not have been more helpful. Very pleased with the service we received on both occasions and would highly recommend..

lost my house key whilst on holiday,phoned City Lock And Safe made arrangement for locksmith to drill out the old lock and fit new.locksmith was ontime and sorted out the lock cleaned up after him and the bill was as quoted on the phone.excellent service,would definately recommend.

I wanted the locks on our patio doors upgraded to Ultion and decided to go with City Lock & Safe after reading their reviews and seeing that the business has been going for more than 60 years! George responded immediately to my initial email enquiry and arranged an appointment for the next day with Andy. Andy was on time, polite and efficient and the new locks he has fitted have given me much greater peace of mind. Andy also noticed and corrected an issue with the handles on the doors which had been incorrectly fitted in the past. A very professional experience at every point - wouldn’t hesitate to use this firm again..
