31.3.2023 James did a sterling job sorting out the conservatory doors with new Ultion locks. Everythings working tickety-boo. House a lot more secure now. Friendly chap, professional service. Many thanks! *** Scott came within the hour and sorted out the mechanism on the conservatory door a treat. Many thanks for the very prompt and professional service! ** 5 months ago.... Scott was methodical and tidy. He took a pride in his work. I now have a fully functioning mortice lock plus he realigned the yale lock for no extra charge. Job well done! Thanks.

Booked an appointment late last night and was pleasantly surprised to have a swift reply from George with product recommendations and a quote for the work. Scott B. came out today to carry out the work and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He rang to notify me around half an hour before he was due and carried out the installation impeccably. He talked me through everything before and after he got to work and made sure I knew how to secure and open all the locks. He was pleasant and professional, carrying out the installation to a really high standard, and left my hallway looking spotless. I visited the shop today with a view to swap out my lock barrels at home. I was recommended a great product and advised on how to fit. I fitted the locks in no time at all. I then WhatsApp’d the shop to order three more keys. I returned and didn’t wait long before they were ready. Really friendly and helpful staff, they were Tom, James and Jake. Thank you..
