We called on City Lock & Safe to change our locks in an emergency and they were able to get to us the same day so we felt more secure in our home. Our key had annoyingly snapped in our lock when arriving to our home. After a brief call with City Lock they had an engineer out within 30 minutes. James was knowledgeable and friendly with a fantastic skill set. Prices were more then reasonable especially for a weekend call out! I would recommend to anyone. Will 100% be in contact for other work down the line!.

I visited the shop today with a view to swap out my lock barrels at home. I was recommended a great product and advised on how to fit. I fitted the locks in no time at all. I then WhatsApp’d the shop to order three more keys. I returned and didn’t wait long before they were ready. Really friendly and helpful staff, they were Tom, James and Jake. Thank you..
