Scott was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful and he arrived on time, did an excellent job and left everything clean and tidy. I was particularly impressed and pleased that he managed to restore a lock which was over 80 years old which I had been told by other locksmiths was not repairable. I am pleased with the service I received today. Everyone is really friendly and helpful throughout the process. I needed to copy a car key and found them on a quoting site. Jake reached out to me and we discussed the process and price. I am happy with the deal so I decided to go for it. I drove there to have it done today. Everything worked out as expected. Even though you don't usually expect things could go wrong in such a straightforward but you never know. Anyway, I am using the newly copied key instead of the original ones everyday now. The only little thing I found a bit inconvenient is the parking. The 3 tight parking slot are just right next to the main road with busy traffic. Needed pay more attention. But other than that, everything is cool..

Excellent, friendly, professional, speedy service from City Lock & Safe from my initial phone call, to fully resolving all the problems. Whilst delivering an American fridge freezer yesterday, my front door was knocked out of alignment, so would not close or lock. I rang City Lock & Safe at mid-day & Scott attended my property shortly after 1pm. He sorted out all the problems with the front door, fitted a new handle, changed the lock & cleaned up all the scratches & scrapes. He also replaced the broken lock on the interior door & left everything working perfectly & clean & tidy. Really efficient, reasonably priced service. Thank you so much.
