Would highly recommend. Arrived within 30 minutes of original phone call. Andy was professional and helpful he explained everything he was doing and what the problem was. Having bought several locks from this firm over 20 years ago I called in today as I was having problems with one of the locks. I was delighted that not only could they offer me a replacement lock ,but also if I wanted would fully repair and recondition the old lock to be as good as new. Key stuck in door. Andy came round very promptly. He spent over two hours conscientiously drilling out the broken cylinder. There was no damage to the door. Despite going over his expected time he still had time to tidy up and spend time with myself and my wife showing us the correct way to use the keys when locking and unlocking the door. Very professional service..
