CLS came out at short notice to fix a problem with our door, and then returned the next day when it proved to be a non-standard lock - great service..

Had a problem with the front door multi lock system, called to shop they arranged a visit straight away, Andy the engineer was very good resolved the issue very quickly. The price for the work was clear and upfront, 5*from start to finish, thank you.

Our front door would not lock this morning so called City Lock and safe. James was on site within two hours and replaced the locking mechanism. Service was quick friendly and professional. Would definitely use again..

City Lock and Safe have just done a first class job. Following a break in, they came to my property in less than two hours of my call to them. The locksmith was very professional and quickly replaced the broken lock in my PVC door with a more secure unit. They provided good value and I would recommend them..

City Lock and Safe were highly recommended to me and I can see why. My initial contact by email was responded to promptly & courteously and a convenient appointment soon booked. Scott was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful and he arrived on time, did an excellent job and left everything clean and tidy. I was particularly impressed and pleased that he managed to restore a lock which was over 80 years old which I had been told by other locksmiths was not repairable. The price was very reasonable for the time and expertise involved; it was also very convenient to be able to pay by card..

Having bought several locks from this firm over 20 years ago I called in today as I was having problems with one of the locks. I was delighted that not only could they offer me a replacement lock ,but also if I wanted would fully repair and recondition the old lock to be as good as new.
