James was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Everything was cleaned and left pristine. For the level of service and the peace of mind adding our new locks to the back door patios, i would 100% recommend them again and felt the cost was worth it..

Fantastic service from City Lock and Safe. We had a problem with our back door lock and, being aware of the fantastic reputation City Lock and Safe have, we rang them for help. They sent a locksmith round very quickly who changed the lock. The work was done efficiently and we now have a working door again. Thank you to George and his team for coming to the rescue. Key stuck in door. Andy came round very promptly. He spent over two hours conscientiously drilling out the broken cylinder. There was no damage to the door. Despite going over his expected time he still had time to tidy up and spend time with myself and my wife showing us the correct way to use the keys when locking and unlocking the door. Just had my door lock sorted out. Key had snapped off in the lock. James arrived exactly on time . Very professional and friendly. lost my house key whilst on holiday,phoned City Lock And Safe made arrangement for locksmith to drill out the old lock and fit new.locksmith was ontime and sorted out the lock cleaned up after him and the bill was as quoted on the phone.excellent service,would definately recommend.
