James was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Everything was cleaned and left pristine. For the level of service and the peace of mind adding our new locks to the back door patios, i would 100% recommend them again and felt the cost was worth it..

I wanted the locks on our patio doors upgraded to Ultion and decided to go with City Lock & Safe after reading their reviews and seeing that the business has been going for more than 60 years! George responded immediately to my initial email enquiry and arranged an appointment for the next day with Andy. Andy was on time, polite and efficient and the new locks he has fitted have given me much greater peace of mind. Andy also noticed and corrected an issue with the handles on the doors which had been incorrectly fitted in the past. I visited the shop today with a view to swap out my lock barrels at home. I was recommended a great product and advised on how to fit. I fitted the locks in no time at all. Key stuck in door. Andy came round very promptly. He spent over two hours conscientiously drilling out the broken cylinder. There was no damage to the door. Despite going over his expected time he still had time to tidy up and spend time with myself and my wife showing us the correct way to use the keys when locking and unlocking the door.
