Spoke to James on behalf of my mum who is hard of hearing, James was really understanding and went round to change her locks on a Sunday within an hour. Really pleased with his work and he called me to make sure everything was ok after. Speedy and really good communication..

Key stuck in back door lock, called City Lock and Safe and James was with us within a couple of hours. Diagnosed the fault and then diligently and carefully disassembled the mechanism and lock. Replaced the mechanism and lock, re set the door and then cleaned up. James was helpful, friendly and efficient, great service..

Scott came quickly after I was locked out late at night. He did the job to a high standard, and took the time to explain what he'd done and make sure I was happy with the job - even though I imagine he'd much rather in bed. Great work.

I had Andy Kay come up and replace 2 locks on our newly purchased apartment yesterday. Very polite, patient and professional. My husband and I even received City Lock & Safe LTD 65 years anniversary travel mug each with 2 pens from Andy. Very kind of him! Thank you once again. I would highly recommend this company.
