Called on their services late Wednesday night, and they arrived following morning promptly on our request. The price is befitting of a good quality service in times of need. My home is now much more secure, and the door is working better than the day it was installed. They offered a range of options, we went for the more robust and secure option, and you can certainly notice the difference. Thank you to city lock and safe for programming and cutting 2 new keys for my Ford Focus. I had one manual and one with buttons, James and Jake were very helpful, they got the job done in the time it took for me to take my son for a walk which I really appreciated, they kept me informed and I would definitely recommend their service!.

Great service from James today. He rang ahead to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time and was friendly and polite. He re-aligned and serviced our UPVC door which now opens and closes smoothly again like new. He also made some tweaks to our bifold doors to allow them to close tightly. He gave me some advice on door locks and security. I have already recommended City Lock & Safe to other neighbours and will definitely use them again..
