My front door would not lock, found City Lock & Safe online and James was at my house within half an hour. He was very professional, informative and gave good advice. So much so, I had two other door locks done at the time. The pricing was very fair and the work was efficient and tidy. A credit to the company. Will only use this company again when the time arises..

31.3.2023 James did a sterling job sorting out the conservatory doors with new Ultion locks. Everythings working tickety-boo. House a lot more secure now. Friendly chap, professional service. Many thanks! *** Scott came within the hour and sorted out the mechanism on the conservatory door a treat. Many thanks for the very prompt and professional service! ** 5 months ago.... Scott was methodical and tidy. He took a pride in his work. I now have a fully functioning mortice lock plus he realigned the yale lock for no extra charge. Job well done! Thanks.
