Key stuck in back door lock, called City Lock and Safe and James was with us within a couple of hours. Diagnosed the fault and then diligently and carefully disassembled the mechanism and lock. Replaced the mechanism and lock, re set the door and then cleaned up. James was helpful, friendly and efficient, great service..

Our key had annoyingly snapped in our lock when arriving to our home. After a brief call with City Lock they had an engineer out within 30 minutes. James was knowledgeable and friendly with a fantastic skill set. Prices were more then reasonable especially for a weekend call out! I would recommend to anyone. Will 100% be in contact for other work down the line!.

Very pleased with the service Andy and James delivered. Needed our locks replacing that day, they arrived later on, gave me a call 30 mins before arrival and then showed up. They were here for a short amount of time, got the job done, and there was no dodgy upselling to be had, the job was in fact a pound cheaper than the one quoted. Would use them again. Thanks lads. UPDATE NOVEMBER 2022: After over a year of use, one of the doors started to jam so I messaged James at City Lock. He promptly arranged to revisit and, true to his word, arrived exactly when he said would. He fixed the problem for me no bother. I was extremely pleased with the service and will be hiring them again shortly for further work. Thanks guys..
