Having read existing reviews of City Lock & Safe, I contacted them regarding our hellish front door, which seemed beyond repair. Within an hour of calling to enquire, Scott arrived at the house and 10 minutes later had serviced the door and lock mechanism and now it feels completely transformed. Every part of my customer experience was positive, everyone I spoke to was incredibly professional and the price was great, particularly considering I had expected that a new lock system would need to be fitted. The engineers bring a card machine with them, so there's no mad dash to get cash and you get a detailed invoice upon completion. If only more businesses operated this well. Happy to endorse and will recommend to any friends in the area who have issues with their locks and doors. Thanks CL&S!.

Excellent, friendly, professional, speedy service from City Lock & Safe from my initial phone call, to fully resolving all the problems. Whilst delivering an American fridge freezer yesterday, my front door was knocked out of alignment, so would not close or lock. I rang City Lock & Safe at mid-day & Scott attended my property shortly after 1pm. He sorted out all the problems with the front door, fitted a new handle, changed the lock & cleaned up all the scratches & scrapes. He also replaced the broken lock on the interior door & left everything working perfectly & clean & tidy. Really efficient, reasonably priced service. Thank you so much. We were booked in for a call out with Scott. He arrived on time, polite, patient and very professional. A high quality service provided by the engineer. The repair was carried within a couple of hours and he got everything working. Even hoovered up after himself! The fee charged matched the quote exactly. Would definitely recommend to others!.
