Key stuck in door. Andy came round very promptly. He spent over two hours conscientiously drilling out the broken cylinder. There was no damage to the door. Despite going over his expected time he still had time to tidy up and spend time with myself and my wife showing us the correct way to use the keys when locking and unlocking the door.
