Key stuck in back door lock, called City Lock and Safe and James was with us within a couple of hours. Diagnosed the fault and then diligently and carefully disassembled the mechanism and lock. Replaced the mechanism and lock, re set the door and then cleaned up. James was helpful, friendly and efficient, great service..

After an attempted break in on the property, I called in at City Lock & Safe at 10.00am the next morning to enquire about having some new secure locks fitted. The staff were incredibly helpful and within 2 hrs had come and fitted new locks. We also purchased extra keys which were promptly delivered a short time later.
