We had used this company previously for locks, but needed a safe moving. We phoned our alarm people and they immediately recommended using City Lock and Safe. We contacted them on a Thursday afternoon and, on Friday morning, at 11 am prompt as arranged, two very friendly people duly turned up and introduced themselves as Andy and James, They helped us make the final decision as to the best position for the safe and then worked quickly and efficiently, leaving absolutely no mess. We would heartily recommend them for any security needs..

I was given a quote quickly when I sent photos of my locks. An appointment was arranged within the same week. Andy the engineer carried out the work quickly and efficiently. He answered all my lock-related questions and explained something I didn't know about Yale locks which will increase my front door security. Thanks Vicky.

Key stuck in back door lock, called City Lock and Safe and James was with us within a couple of hours. Diagnosed the fault and then diligently and carefully disassembled the mechanism and lock. Replaced the mechanism and lock, re set the door and then cleaned up. James was helpful, friendly and efficient, great service..
