Excellent service. They cut some spare keys for me, but unfortunately they did not work. I contacted City Lock and James came to my house and resolved the issue. He even checked and serviced the locks themselves to ensure the keys worked smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend them..

Having bought several locks from this firm over 20 years ago I called in today as I was having problems with one of the locks. I was delighted that not only could they offer me a replacement lock ,but also if I wanted would fully repair and recondition the old lock to be as good as new. Many thanks to James & Jake for all their help what a fantastic service from a special firm..

Great service from James today. He rang ahead to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time and was friendly and polite. He re-aligned and serviced our UPVC door which now opens and closes smoothly again like new. He also made some tweaks to our bifold doors to allow them to close tightly. He gave me some advice on door locks and security. I have already recommended City Lock & Safe to other neighbours and will definitely use them again..
