Thank you to city lock and safe for programming and cutting 2 new keys for my Ford Focus. I had one manual and one with buttons, James and Jake were very helpful, they got the job done in the time it took for me to take my son for a walk which I really appreciated, they kept me informed and I would definitely recommend their service!.

We had used this company previously for locks, but needed a safe moving. We phoned our alarm people and they immediately recommended using City Lock and Safe. Key stuck in back door lock, called City Lock and Safe and James was with us within a couple of hours. Diagnosed the fault and then diligently and carefully disassembled the mechanism and lock. Replaced the mechanism and lock, re set the door and then cleaned up. James was helpful, friendly and efficient, great service..

CLS came out at short notice to fix a problem with our door, and then returned the next day when it proved to be a non-standard lock - great service..
