Excellent service, I phoned City Lock Safe obtained a quote, sent a photo of my window lock and an appointment was confirmed very quickly. Very pleased with the service Andy and James delivered. Needed our locks replacing that day, they arrived later on, gave me a call 30 mins before arrival and then showed up. They were here for a short amount of time, got the job done, and there was no dodgy upselling to be had, the job was in fact a pound cheaper than the one quoted. Would use them again. Thanks lads. UPDATE NOVEMBER 2022: After over a year of use, one of the doors started to jam so I messaged James at City Lock. He promptly arranged to revisit and, true to his word, arrived exactly when he said would. He fixed the problem for me no bother. Fantastic service from City Lock and Safe. We had a problem with our back door lock and, being aware of the fantastic reputation City Lock and Safe have, we rang them for help. They sent a locksmith round very quickly who changed the lock. The work was done efficiently and we now have a working door again. Thank you to George and his team for coming to the rescue. Our key had annoyingly snapped in our lock when arriving to our home. After a brief call with City Lock they had an engineer out within 30 minutes. James was knowledgeable and friendly with a fantastic skill set. Prices were more then reasonable especially for a weekend call out! I would recommend to anyone.
