Called on their services late Wednesday night, and they arrived following morning promptly on our request. The price is befitting of a good quality service in times of need. My home is now much more secure, and the door is working better than the day it was installed. They offered a range of options, we went for the more robust and secure option, and you can certainly notice the difference. Having read existing reviews of City Lock & Safe, I contacted them regarding our hellish front door, which seemed beyond repair. Within an hour of calling to enquire, Scott arrived at the house and 10 minutes later had serviced the door and lock mechanism and now it feels completely transformed. Every part of my customer experience was positive, everyone I spoke to was incredibly professional and the price was great, particularly considering I had expected that a new lock system would need to be fitted. The engineers bring a card machine with them, so there's no mad dash to get cash and you get a detailed invoice upon completion. If only more businesses operated this well. Excellent service, I phoned City Lock Safe obtained a quote, sent a photo of my window lock and an appointment was confirmed very quickly. James attended my home promptly and carried replaced the window handle and obtained the necessary parts without delay. Very satisfied with the work and would recommend this company to anyone..

I wanted the locks on our patio doors upgraded to Ultion and decided to go with City Lock & Safe after reading their reviews and seeing that the business has been going for more than 60 years! George responded immediately to my initial email enquiry and arranged an appointment for the next day with Andy. Andy was on time, polite and efficient and the new locks he has fitted have given me much greater peace of mind. Andy also noticed and corrected an issue with the handles on the doors which had been incorrectly fitted in the past.
