I had Andy Kay come up and replace 2 locks on our newly purchased apartment yesterday. Very polite, patient and professional. My husband and I even received City Lock & Safe LTD 65 years anniversary travel mug each with 2 pens from Andy. Very kind of him! Thank you once again. I would highly recommend this company. James was out to the house with 2 hours and replaced both locks (front & back) within minutes. He also explained and shown me the difference between my previous lock and the lock he installed (giving me great piece of mind this lock is trustworthy and my family will be safe!). I would recommend James and the City Lock & Safe Team to anyone looking to make their home more secure!.

I wanted the locks on our patio doors upgraded to Ultion and decided to go with City Lock & Safe after reading their reviews and seeing that the business has been going for more than 60 years! George responded immediately to my initial email enquiry and arranged an appointment for the next day with Andy. Andy was on time, polite and efficient and the new locks he has fitted have given me much greater peace of mind. Andy also noticed and corrected an issue with the handles on the doors which had been incorrectly fitted in the past. A very professional experience at every point - wouldn’t hesitate to use this firm again..
