Having bought several locks from this firm over 20 years ago I called in today as I was having problems with one of the locks. I was delighted that not only could they offer me a replacement lock ,but also if I wanted would fully repair and recondition the old lock to be as good as new. We were booked in for a call out with Scott. He arrived on time, polite, patient and very professional. A high quality service provided by the engineer. The repair was carried within a couple of hours and he got everything working. Even hoovered up after himself! The fee charged matched the quote exactly. Would definitely recommend to others!.

Called on their services late Wednesday night, and they arrived following morning promptly on our request. The price is befitting of a good quality service in times of need. My home is now much more secure, and the door is working better than the day it was installed. They offered a range of options, we went for the more robust and secure option, and you can certainly notice the difference. CLS came out at short notice to fix a problem with our door, and then returned the next day when it proved to be a non-standard lock - great service..

Very pleased with the service Andy and James delivered. Needed our locks replacing that day, they arrived later on, gave me a call 30 mins before arrival and then showed up. They were here for a short amount of time, got the job done, and there was no dodgy upselling to be had, the job was in fact a pound cheaper than the one quoted. Would use them again. Thanks lads. UPDATE NOVEMBER 2022: After over a year of use, one of the doors started to jam so I messaged James at City Lock. He promptly arranged to revisit and, true to his word, arrived exactly when he said would. He fixed the problem for me no bother.
