I am pleased with the service I received today. Everyone is really friendly and helpful throughout the process. I needed to copy a car key and found them on a quoting site. Jake reached out to me and we discussed the process and price. I am happy with the deal so I decided to go for it. I drove there to have it done today. Everything worked out as expected. Even though you don't usually expect things could go wrong in such a straightforward but you never know. Anyway, I am using the newly copied key instead of the original ones everyday now. The only little thing I found a bit inconvenient is the parking. The 3 tight parking slot are just right next to the main road with busy traffic. Needed pay more attention. But other than that, everything is cool..

lost my house key whilst on holiday,phoned City Lock And Safe made arrangement for locksmith to drill out the old lock and fit new.locksmith was ontime and sorted out the lock cleaned up after him and the bill was as quoted on the phone.excellent service,would definately recommend.

Excellent service. They cut some spare keys for me, but unfortunately they did not work. I contacted City Lock and James came to my house and resolved the issue. He even checked and serviced the locks themselves to ensure the keys worked smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend them..
