Called on their services late Wednesday night, and they arrived following morning promptly on our request. The price is befitting of a good quality service in times of need. My home is now much more secure, and the door is working better than the day it was installed. They offered a range of options, we went for the more robust and secure option, and you can certainly notice the difference. Our key had annoyingly snapped in our lock when arriving to our home. After a brief call with City Lock they had an engineer out within 30 minutes. James was knowledgeable and friendly with a fantastic skill set. Prices were more then reasonable especially for a weekend call out! I would recommend to anyone.
