CLS came out at short notice to fix a problem with our door, and then returned the next day when it proved to be a non-standard lock - great service..

Our key had annoyingly snapped in our lock when arriving to our home. After a brief call with City Lock they had an engineer out within 30 minutes. James was knowledgeable and friendly with a fantastic skill set. Prices were more then reasonable especially for a weekend call out! I would recommend to anyone. Will 100% be in contact for other work down the line!.

Scott replaced my Yale lock and fitted a key safe for me. He did a great job, was quick really clean and took the time to show me how everything worked. Highly professional, quick and really lovely- I highly recommend! Thanks Scott.

We called on City Lock & Safe to change our locks in an emergency and they were able to get to us the same day so we felt more secure in our home. Excellent service!! Replaced Yale and mortice lock on a very old period door and it’s perfect. He took his time making sure it was right. Showed great pride in their work. Really great service, super clean and was really pleasant to chat with. Thank you so much.
