Having bought several locks from this firm over 20 years ago I called in today as I was having problems with one of the locks. I was delighted that not only could they offer me a replacement lock ,but also if I wanted would fully repair and recondition the old lock to be as good as new. Would highly recommend. We got City Lock & Safe to upgrade our locks and were very pleased with the service we received. Everything went smoothly and the engineer was punctual and polite. We sleep much better knowing we have improved locks in place..

James came to change locks after a burglary. He was efficient, friendly and i feel assured he's fitted a good quality barrel etc. Recommended to a neighbor who also had him out same day and had same locks installed..

Our key had annoyingly snapped in our lock when arriving to our home. After a brief call with City Lock they had an engineer out within 30 minutes. James was knowledgeable and friendly with a fantastic skill set. Prices were more then reasonable especially for a weekend call out! I would recommend to anyone. Will 100% be in contact for other work down the line!.

Just had key safe fitted supra c500 by James. Brilliant just what we needed. Best key safe for family and emergancy services to use. Super safe guaranteed. Bang on time, speedy installation, no mess, very polite and helpful. Job well done!.

Broken key in lock, Scott came to fix it, by the time he left he had sorted out conservatory door that did not shut properly and put new locks on the front and rear doors.
