We had a safe fitted last year and the service we received from start to finish was exceptional. Recently we've had a problem with the safe and James came out to it today and sorted it promptly and could not have been more helpful. Very pleased with the service we received on both occasions and would highly recommend..

We were booked in for a call out with Scott. He arrived on time, polite, patient and very professional. A high quality service provided by the engineer. The repair was carried within a couple of hours and he got everything working. Even hoovered up after himself! The fee charged matched the quote exactly. Would definitely recommend to others!.

Excellent service all round. City Lock & Safe were super responsive with both the initial home survey and lock fitting. Everything was really well explained and the locks and fitting were completed to a really high standard. Very impressed and highly recommended..
