Having read existing reviews of City Lock & Safe, I contacted them regarding our hellish front door, which seemed beyond repair. Within an hour of calling to enquire, Scott arrived at the house and 10 minutes later had serviced the door and lock mechanism and now it feels completely transformed. Every part of my customer experience was positive, everyone I spoke to was incredibly professional and the price was great, particularly considering I had expected that a new lock system would need to be fitted. The engineers bring a card machine with them, so there's no mad dash to get cash and you get a detailed invoice upon completion. If only more businesses operated this well. Happy to endorse and will recommend to any friends in the area who have issues with their locks and doors. Thanks CL&S!.
