James attended the property quickly and efficiently identified the jammed lock issue we had. He was able to secure the house overnight whilst returning the following day to replace faulty lock. I am pleased with the service I received today. Everyone is really friendly and helpful throughout the process. I needed to copy a car key and found them on a quoting site. Jake reached out to me and we discussed the process and price. I am happy with the deal so I decided to go for it. I drove there to have it done today. Everything worked out as expected. Even though you don't usually expect things could go wrong in such a straightforward but you never know. Anyway, I am using the newly copied key instead of the original ones everyday now. The only little thing I found a bit inconvenient is the parking. The 3 tight parking slot are just right next to the main road with busy traffic. Needed pay more attention. But other than that, everything is cool..

Great service from James today. He rang ahead to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time and was friendly and polite. He re-aligned and serviced our UPVC door which now opens and closes smoothly again like new. He also made some tweaks to our bifold doors to allow them to close tightly. He gave me some advice on door locks and security. I have already recommended City Lock & Safe to other neighbours and will definitely use them again..

Broken key in lock, Scott came to fix it, by the time he left he had sorted out conservatory door that did not shut properly and put new locks on the front and rear doors.
