He also explained and shown me the difference between my previous lock and the lock he installed (giving me great piece of mind this lock is trustworthy and my family will be safe!). Excellent service. They cut some spare keys for me, but unfortunately they did not work. I contacted City Lock and James came to my house and resolved the issue. He even checked and serviced the locks themselves to ensure the keys worked smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend them..
