Excellent, friendly, professional, speedy service from City Lock & Safe from my initial phone call, to fully resolving all the problems. Whilst delivering an American fridge freezer yesterday, my front door was knocked out of alignment, so would not close or lock. I rang City Lock & Safe at mid-day & Scott attended my property shortly after 1pm. He sorted out all the problems with the front door, fitted a new handle, changed the lock & cleaned up all the scratches & scrapes. He also replaced the broken lock on the interior door & left everything working perfectly & clean & tidy. Really efficient, reasonably priced service. Thank you so much. lost my house key whilst on holiday,phoned City Lock And Safe made arrangement for locksmith to drill out the old lock and fit new.locksmith was ontime and sorted out the lock cleaned up after him and the bill was as quoted on the phone.excellent service,would definately recommend.

We had used this company previously for locks, but needed a safe moving. We phoned our alarm people and they immediately recommended using City Lock and Safe. We contacted them on a Thursday afternoon and, on Friday morning, at 11 am prompt as arranged, two very friendly people duly turned up and introduced themselves as Andy and James, They helped us make the final decision as to the best position for the safe and then worked quickly and efficiently, leaving absolutely no mess. We would heartily recommend them for any security needs..

After an attempted break in on the property, I called in at City Lock & Safe at 10.00am the next morning to enquire about having some new secure locks fitted. The staff were incredibly helpful and within 2 hrs had come and fitted new locks. We also purchased extra keys which were promptly delivered a short time later. Scott was professional and helpful at our property and I would recommend these should you ever need new locks fitting in the future. Chris.

James came to change locks after a burglary. He was efficient, friendly and i feel assured he's fitted a good quality barrel etc. Recommended to a neighbor who also had him out same day and had same locks installed..
