Booked an appointment late last night and was pleasantly surprised to have a swift reply from George with product recommendations and a quote for the work. Scott B. came out today to carry out the work and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He rang to notify me around half an hour before he was due and carried out the installation impeccably. He talked me through everything before and after he got to work and made sure I knew how to secure and open all the locks. Broken key in lock, Scott came to fix it, by the time he left he had sorted out conservatory door that did not shut properly and put new locks on the front and rear doors.
