I received a clear quote beforehand, quick responses, a call on the way to the property that were all really helpful. You can also pay there and then via card or cash. James was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Everything was cleaned and left pristine. For the level of service and the peace of mind adding our new locks to the back door patios, i would 100% recommend them again and felt the cost was worth it..

Having read existing reviews of City Lock & Safe, I contacted them regarding our hellish front door, which seemed beyond repair. Within an hour of calling to enquire, Scott arrived at the house and 10 minutes later had serviced the door and lock mechanism and now it feels completely transformed. Every part of my customer experience was positive, everyone I spoke to was incredibly professional and the price was great, particularly considering I had expected that a new lock system would need to be fitted. The engineers bring a card machine with them, so there's no mad dash to get cash and you get a detailed invoice upon completion. If only more businesses operated this well. Happy to endorse and will recommend to any friends in the area who have issues with their locks and doors. Thanks CL&S!.

Had a problem with the front door multi lock system, called to shop they arranged a visit straight away, Andy the engineer was very good resolved the issue very quickly. The price for the work was clear and upfront, 5*from start to finish, thank you.
