Fantastic service from City Lock and Safe. We had a problem with our back door lock and, being aware of the fantastic reputation City Lock and Safe have, we rang them for help. They sent a locksmith round very quickly who changed the lock. The work was done efficiently and we now have a working door again. Thank you to George and his team for coming to the rescue. I would certainly use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others..

I had Andy Kay come up and replace 2 locks on our newly purchased apartment yesterday. Very polite, patient and professional. My husband and I even received City Lock & Safe LTD 65 years anniversary travel mug each with 2 pens from Andy. Very kind of him! Thank you once again. I would highly recommend this company. We recently decided to upgrade all exterior doors to Ultion anti-snap locks. City Lock and Safe were very helpful and quoted a competitive price. Andy and Scott fitted the locks the next working day. They were very professional and courteous and spent time to answer all our questions. We cannot recommend them highly enough. A well deserved 5 star rating from us..
