I only became aware of City Lock & Safe Ltd. recently. I was unable to visit the retail shop in Stockport. However, I dealt with George for my enquiry. I felt he went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. I was most impressed!.

Booked an appointment late last night and was pleasantly surprised to have a swift reply from George with product recommendations and a quote for the work. Scott B. came out today to carry out the work and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He rang to notify me around half an hour before he was due and carried out the installation impeccably. He talked me through everything before and after he got to work and made sure I knew how to secure and open all the locks. He was pleasant and professional, carrying out the installation to a really high standard, and left my hallway looking spotless.
