Having bought several locks from this firm over 20 years ago I called in today as I was having problems with one of the locks. I was delighted that not only could they offer me a replacement lock ,but also if I wanted would fully repair and recondition the old lock to be as good as new. Many thanks to James & Jake for all their help what a fantastic service from a special firm..

Andy and James came yesterday after a very quick and easy phone call and changed locks at my property. I wanted the locks on our patio doors upgraded to Ultion and decided to go with City Lock & Safe after reading their reviews and seeing that the business has been going for more than 60 years! George responded immediately to my initial email enquiry and arranged an appointment for the next day with Andy. Andy was on time, polite and efficient and the new locks he has fitted have given me much greater peace of mind. Andy also noticed and corrected an issue with the handles on the doors which had been incorrectly fitted in the past. A very professional experience at every point - wouldn’t hesitate to use this firm again..

We recently decided to upgrade all exterior doors to Ultion anti-snap locks. City Lock and Safe were very helpful and quoted a competitive price. Andy and Scott fitted the locks the next working day. They were very professional and courteous and spent time to answer all our questions. We cannot recommend them highly enough. A well deserved 5 star rating from us..
