We recently decided to upgrade all exterior doors to Ultion anti-snap locks. City Lock and Safe were very helpful and quoted a competitive price. Andy and Scott fitted the locks the next working day. I wanted the locks on our patio doors upgraded to Ultion and decided to go with City Lock & Safe after reading their reviews and seeing that the business has been going for more than 60 years! George responded immediately to my initial email enquiry and arranged an appointment for the next day with Andy. Andy was on time, polite and efficient and the new locks he has fitted have given me much greater peace of mind. Andy also noticed and corrected an issue with the handles on the doors which had been incorrectly fitted in the past.
