I only became aware of City Lock & Safe Ltd. recently. I was unable to visit the retail shop in Stockport. However, I dealt with George for my enquiry. I felt he went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. I was most impressed!.

Had a problem with the front door multi lock system, called to shop they arranged a visit straight away, Andy the engineer was very good resolved the issue very quickly. The price for the work was clear and upfront, 5*from start to finish, thank you.

Excellent service, I phoned City Lock Safe obtained a quote, sent a photo of my window lock and an appointment was confirmed very quickly. James attended my home promptly and carried replaced the window handle and obtained the necessary parts without delay. Very satisfied with the work and would recommend this company to anyone..

Excellent & understandable advice beforehand. The 2 engineers who then came and fitted the various locks & handles were competent and explained things as they went. They left the work areas clean and tidy. All in all very satisfied with the work..

Excellent service!! Replaced Yale and mortice lock on a very old period door and it’s perfect. He took his time making sure it was right. Showed great pride in their work. Really great service, super clean and was really pleasant to chat with. Thank you so much.

Would highly recommend. We got City Lock & Safe to upgrade our locks and were very pleased with the service we received. Everything went smoothly and the engineer was punctual and polite. We sleep much better knowing we have improved locks in place..

James and Andy the locksmiths were super efficient, sorted 2 different locks, one which had been hard to work for a long time.
