Excellent service. They cut some spare keys for me, but unfortunately they did not work. I contacted City Lock and James came to my house and resolved the issue. He even checked and serviced the locks themselves to ensure the keys worked smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend them..

Our key had annoyingly snapped in our lock when arriving to our home. After a brief call with City Lock they had an engineer out within 30 minutes. James was knowledgeable and friendly with a fantastic skill set. Prices were more then reasonable especially for a weekend call out! I would recommend to anyone.
