I chose this company because of their professional approach as soon as I contacted them, Scott came today to undertake two lock changes, however one was door needed more than a lock change. Scott diligently carried out the work, at no extra cost, and I now have a door that not only locks but is hung properly. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism and communication throughout. Thank you very much..

Booked an appointment late last night and was pleasantly surprised to have a swift reply from George with product recommendations and a quote for the work. Scott B. came out today to carry out the work and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He rang to notify me around half an hour before he was due and carried out the installation impeccably. He talked me through everything before and after he got to work and made sure I knew how to secure and open all the locks. He was pleasant and professional, carrying out the installation to a really high standard, and left my hallway looking spotless.
