Such great service, I spoke to George in the office and explained I had an issue with the locking system on my front door, he knew exactly what the issue was and sent his engineer Scott out. .

I was given a quote quickly when I sent photos of my locks. An appointment was arranged within the same week. Andy the engineer carried out the work quickly and efficiently. He answered all my lock-related questions and explained something I didn't know about Yale locks which will increase my front door security. Thanks Vicky.

My front door would not lock, found City Lock & Safe online and James was at my house within half an hour. He was very professional, informative and gave good advice. So much so, I had two other door locks done at the time. The pricing was very fair and the work was efficient and tidy. A credit to the company. Will only use this company again when the time arises..

We had a safe fitted last year and the service we received from start to finish was exceptional. Recently we've had a problem with the safe and James came out to it today and sorted it promptly and could not have been more helpful. Very pleased with the service we received on both occasions and would highly recommend..

Just had my door lock sorted out. Key had snapped off in the lock. James arrived exactly on time . Very professional and friendly. Explained position regarding old lock, not up to standard for outside door. Fitted brand new superior lock very quickly. Very happy with service and price very reasonable in my view. Thanks..
