Fantastic service from City Lock and Safe. We had a problem with our back door lock and, being aware of the fantastic reputation City Lock and Safe have, we rang them for help. They sent a locksmith round very quickly who changed the lock. The work was done efficiently and we now have a working door again. Thank you to George and his team for coming to the rescue. Excellent, friendly, professional, speedy service from City Lock & Safe from my initial phone call, to fully resolving all the problems. Whilst delivering an American fridge freezer yesterday, my front door was knocked out of alignment, so would not close or lock. I rang City Lock & Safe at mid-day & Scott attended my property shortly after 1pm. He sorted out all the problems with the front door, fitted a new handle, changed the lock & cleaned up all the scratches & scrapes. He also replaced the broken lock on the interior door & left everything working perfectly & clean & tidy. Really efficient, reasonably priced service. Thank you so much. Scott came quickly after I was locked out late at night. He did the job to a high standard, and took the time to explain what he'd done and make sure I was happy with the job - even though I imagine he'd much rather in bed. Great work.
